Dr. Samuel O. Wekesa
Chief Geoscientist
Dr. Wekesa holds a PhD in Applied Geology and oversees all geological and geophysical studies. He brings academic depth and field expertise in structural mapping, groundwater exploration, and mineral resource evaluations. Samuel also trains younger staff and ensures all technical work aligns with international standards.

Ms. Faith N. Mwende
Hydrogeologist & Borehole Specialist
Faith is a highly experienced hydrogeologist with over 8 years of field experience in groundwater surveys, aquifer modeling, and borehole development. She leads water resource projects across arid and semi-arid counties, specializing in MT and resistivity interpretation, borehole siting, and test pumping analysis. Faith is also passionate about climate-resilient water solutions for rural communities.

Eng. Daniel K. Mutisya
Lead Geotechnical Engineer
With over 12 years of experience in soil mechanics and foundation design, Eng. Mutisya leads all geotechnical investigations and material testing operations. He specializes in dam siting, slope stability assessments, and rock coring supervision. Daniel is known for his practical solutions and technical leadership on large infrastructure projects.

Eng. Ruth A. Chebet
Environmental & Sustainability Engineer
Eng. Chebet brings a decade of experience in environmental engineering, EIAs, and sustainability planning. She manages environmental audits, waste management plans, and climate risk assessments for projects across Kenya. Ruth works closely with local authorities and communities to ensure environmental compliance and promote inclusive, eco-friendly project design.

Mr. Brian M. Kiprotich
Environmental & GIS Specialist
Brian leads the integration of GIS, remote sensing, and environmental compliance across projects. He has supported dozens of EIAs and ESIA studies and is responsible for spatial analysis, stakeholder mapping, and public participation strategies. His cross-sector experience helps bridge science and community engagement.
